I had a terrible experience with Moving Mates. They recently did a very straightforward move for me that went from bad to worse. They were 4 hours late and let me know 30 mins before the original agreed time of arrival. Mid move I found 4 of the movers sitting in a stairwell with the items- all on their phones looking at photos and chatting! They then managed to damage an antique table so badly that it is beyond repair. The worse part about this was they didn’t admit it had happened. They covered the table with a blanket- clearly knowing they had damaged it. I discovered the table today when I went to get it out of the storage unit. Would not recommend! Will never use them again!
Gurpreet, Avon and Kuldeep were amazing and super fast with our big 4 bedroom move. Even though it was pouring rain they got the job done and were super friendly and helpful the whole process! Thank you so much!

We used Moving Mates yesterday. They messaged the night before with the arrival time and they were not a minute late. Extremely professional. All of our furniture was well looked after and they were moving quick. No breaks or anything. Would 100% recommend
