Truckmen Removals Canberra

Truckmen Removals Canberra has operated as a locally owned Canberra business since 2015. The director is Andre, and the company trades as Truckmen Removals & Storage. It provides local, interstate and commercial removal services, and handles fragile and specialty items including pianos, artwork and antiques.

The company services Canberra, the ACT and the East Coast, and has completed over 1,000 moves. It offers secure short-term and long-term storage solutions, and provides NDIS removalist services. Fixed-price quotes are available with no hidden fees.

Interstate relocations and local house moves both feature in the feedback for this Canberra removalist, with customers describing consistent punctuality and speed. Crews are repeatedly called reliable, arriving exactly when promised and working at a pace that surprises clients; accounts include a two-hour relocation completed from start to finish and a multi-stop job managed quickly despite a broken lift and a sixth-floor destination. Care of belongings is a point that comes up often, with heavy furniture shifted without damage and possessions handled carefully throughout. Several reviewers describe clear communication before and after the job, including updates when an earlier booking ran overtime.

Named staff receive steady praise: Andre is credited with making an interstate move straightforward, Rachel is mentioned for patient assistance with booking arrangements and insurance questions, and Lua and Diego are singled out for efficiency and a positive manner with awkward, heavy pieces. Customers also characterise the pricing as reasonable and offering strong value for the amount of work completed. Reviewers note that moving day felt calm rather than chaotic, with friendly, professional teams easing the strain, and that queries were answered quickly and plainly from first contact through to the final drop-off.
