Quality Removals

Quality Removals was founded in 2008 and has been operating for over 15 years. The company has been serving the Canberra community for 17 years and serves Canberra and Queanbeyan. It offers domestic relocations, office and commercial removals, dismantling and reassembling of furniture, and packing services.

Quality Removals provides a fully insured service and free on-site surveys. It has worked with clients including Turner and Townsend, Able Australia, Northside Community Centre, St Vincent de Paul, Marist Youth Care, and several embassies. The company is recommended by National Storage Canberra, Ray White Belconnen, Luton Real Estate Belconnen, and 1 Way FM Radio.

Removal and storage work forms the core of what customers describe at Quality Removals, with reviewers repeatedly highlighting the care taken over furniture and fragile items during moves in Canberra. Several customers describe the team as punctual, arriving on schedule and working briskly without rushing the job, and many note that bulky pieces and family antiques were handled with particular attention.

The office side of the operation draws consistent praise, with clear communication about pricing before the job and no surprises on the final account, alongside a willingness to accommodate short-notice bookings and last-minute changes to appointments. Named staff feature in accounts, including Gopi, Bobby, Toby, Gabriel and Mila, who are described as polite, hard working and considerate, with Mila singled out for helpfulness across repeated bookings.

Reviewers also mention extra touches such as offering to reposition furniture once unloaded and assisting with a storage arrangement when one was required. Speed and efficiency come up often, as does the respectful manner of the crew, and the same households returning for second and third moves suggests the service leaves a strong impression. Storage moves into and out of a unit, apartment relocations and larger family moves are the jobs most commonly described.
