We recently used Jim's Removals and Storage for our move from the east to the west side, and we're thoroughly impressed. We opted for the bigger truck which was absolutely the right call — it gave plenty of room for everything including our bike, couch, washing machine, dryer, fridge, and even our fragile items like the TV and mirrors, all transported safely without a scratch. Sylvia and Danny were absolutely fantastic — they arrived right on time and handled everything with great care and attention to detail. They were meticulous throughout the whole process, minimising risk at every step and always checking in with us before attempting any tricky or high-risk manoeuvres around the house. Navigating tight and awkward spaces was no problem for them at all. One tip for future customers — make sure loose items are packed into solid containers with a secure lid beforehand, as this makes loading into the truck much safer and more efficient. We went with the hourly rate and it worked out great — it gave us the flexibility to decide on the fly what we wanted to send, which made the whole experience feel stress-free.
