Move My Stuff - Removalists Melbourne

Great delivery experience! They handled all the furniture very carefully and were polite, respectful, and professional. Really happy with the service. Highly recommended! 👏🏻

Absolutely first class from start to finish. Chris and Jordan moved us into our townhouse and handled every item with real care, including a tricky trip up and down the stairs that they managed without a mark on anything. They dismantled what needed dismantling and reassembled it all afterwards, putting every piece back in exactly the spot I asked for. Nothing was rushed, nothing was damaged, and there was nothing left for me to sort out at the end of the day. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, thank you Chris and Jordan.

I usually do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because we are extremely frustrated with how Move My Stuff handled our move and complaint. During our move on 27 July 2026, their removalists damaged our dining table. Their staff witnessed the incident, and the company acknowledged the damage in writing. We provided photographs, video evidence, and repeatedly invited them to inspect the table, but no inspection was arranged for more than a week. The company was very responsive before receiving payment. However, after the damage occurred, communication became difficult, and we did not receive a claim reference number or a reasonable resolution. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that others think carefully before using this company. Our belongings were not handled with proper care, and the after-service support was very disappointing. The matter remains unresolved, and we are lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria.

One of the best services I've had. They delivered a package for me from an online store, they have me a few hours window when they would arrive, the driver called me 30min before arriving, super helpful bringing the packages to my door even offered to bring them to any location on my property. One of the smoothest deliveries I've ever had. Very pleased.

The 2 guys that delivered & installed my gas lift bed were great. They left no mess & made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. Happy customer!!

Great service and coordination from the start to the end. The few bulky furniture items that we ordered were delivered on time. The staff were experienced and handled with care our delivery. Highly recommended!

Delivery was fast and hassle free. The driver called in the morning to confirm the delivery time and arrived exactly as scheduled. Excellent communication and reliable service throughout the process. Thank you. Love my new Lennox sofa
