During our move on 27 July 2026, their removalists damaged our dining table. Their staff witnessed the incident, and the company acknowledged the damage in writing. We provided photographs, video evidence, and repeatedly invited them to inspect the table, but no inspection was arranged for more than a week. The company was very responsive before receiving payment. However, after the damage occurred, communication became difficult, and we did not receive a claim reference number or a reasonable resolution. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that others think carefully before using this company. Our belongings were not handled with proper care, and the after-service support was very disappointing. The matter remains unresolved, and we are lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
One of the best services I've had. They delivered a package for me from an online store, they have me a few hours window when they would arrive, the driver called me 30min before arriving, super helpful bringing the packages to my door even offered to bring them to any location on my property. One of the smoothest deliveries I've ever had. Very pleased.
Quoted me $800 on the phone after providing them a list of all items in the house, they then said it would take 5 hours with the 2 workers they provide. 3 arrived and 1 did nothing the entire time but commend his workers and call me and my siblings “good boy” the entire time for helping them out (3 extra workers yet it took 7 hours, no shame to the workers they did a brilliant job themselves). i then get quoted 1200 dollars (50% increase from the original quote) and then instantly expected to accept this payment, owner calls me berating the concept of a quote being given even after he had gone over the voice recording putting the blame on us rather than his crappy sales team that give a shitty quote.
The 2 guys that delivered & installed my gas lift bed were great. They left no mess & made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. Happy customer!!
