I hired two professional packers for about 5 hours. They did a good and quick job. I recognise the professionalism of their packing, as they did a quality job packing fragile items, such as wine bottles, dishware, cookware, etc. They were also pleasant and friendly.
Amazing team. Nothing was too difficult and they worked their butts off until the job was done. All round nice guys and easy to deal with
Everything was fine, manager was great and team was great but I found out after I moved back in that a $1000 bottle of alcohol was missing. When we started the job Val ensured me he was insured but when I ask to claim he led me on for a month then said he has no intention of reimbursing me. Very disappointing in what was otherwise a very pleasant experience.

Then came Trent and Joshua — the real difference makers. No time wasting, no dragging things out. They showed up, got straight to work, and just handled it. Fast, efficient, and completely across what needed to get done. You could tell they’ve done this a thousand times and actually care about doing it well. Moving is usually chaos. This wasn’t. If you want a team that’s professional, switched on, and doesn’t add to your stress — use them.
