Mel and Ash were incredibly helpful throughout the process of moving my belongings overseas. The entire move was organised quickly and efficiently, and they took great care in packing everything. Allied Townsville have just supported our move into storage and now into our new home. The service was first class across the board. The attitude of the teams led by Scott, Sean & Tarvey, and the ladies (Mel & Ash) in the office, and was faultless. We were also really impressed with the care taken of both of our furniture and our old and new houses, both freshly painted. It was a large move and not one piece of damage - upload and delivery. The team in Alice Springs made the process so easy without the added stress of moving interstate, was updated when my stuff was being moved and when it was arriving, and the Townsville team with the delivery upon arrival were very helpful and friendly

still waiting for the shipment to arrive, it’s been over 4 weeks and nothing has arrived, i wasn’t told it would take 4-6 weeks to get from Brisbane to Townsville! My kids need their belongings! There’s been no further updates as to when this will arrive! i’m very angry we’ve had to wait this long! i’ve had shipments from china arrive quicker. Please get in touch with me and advise me of when my kids can sleep in their bed rather than a blow up mattress on the floor!!!! this is discussing!
