These professionals travelled 3 hours from Townsville to get our house by 8.30am and then worked tirelessly for 8 hours to pack our house into 2 x containers. They even had time to have a joke or 2 with us. We shopped around for the right company to move us and Kent came out on top in all categories. When the car removal transport company failed to show Kent customer support got onto it and organised that company to contact us and get our car picked up. Moving is traumatic especially with all your collectables, furniture and valuables being packed away. However the boys were so careful and wrapped all our precious items and took great care in loading. Thank you Daniel, Jacee, and Phil. You are true professionals.
Chad, Jacob & Deshaane were absolutely fantastic guys that worked hard & fast to load all of our furniture into a container for removal. Super impressed with their work ethics & how great they worked as a team. Thanks lads!

Michael in Brisbane was great with quoting and had wonderful customer service. The two guys that loaded our furniture in Brisbane were also extremely helpful and swift. Daniel, Phil, Frank and Jacee were friendly, super quick and efficient unloading our furniture on the other end in Townsville. Overall, a great service to utilise for long haul moves.
I can't speak highly enough about the way I was treated by Kents. Their service was second to none. They helped me and guided me through my fear of transiting and the whole process from start to finish with kindness, patience and professionalism. Leah, Geoffrey and the Team in Townsville, as well as Kathryn on the phone were so kind and caring to me and I will use them whenever I need their services again without any hesitation at all. Thanks to the team at Kent removals - despite there being a hold up due to rail closures the team delivered on time once I received an updated eta. Jacob and Daniel made light work of unloading my goods and were professional and friendly to deal with. Thanks for the great work team - cheers Jase
