IG- Removals

Protective wrapping of furniture is the recurring theme in these accounts, with sofas and chairs covered so that items reached their destination without marks or damage. Igor, who is named throughout the feedback, is consistently described as efficient, diligent and professional, and customers repeatedly note that he kept them informed from the first contact through to completion. His flexibility and pragmatic approach are mentioned often, particularly on long-distance moves connecting Townsville with Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Port Douglas.

Charges are regularly described as reasonable or well priced, including one account of a larger load carried for considerably less than other quotes. The vehicle is noted as modern, well maintained and fully equipped for removalist work, while packing is described as thorough. Timeliness comes up again and again, with belongings arriving when expected. Customers also remark on how friendly and easy to deal with Igor is, and that the service ran from packing through to safe delivery, prompting repeat bookings and referrals such as a daughter arranging her own move.
