Piano moving and general transport of household furniture sit at the centre of the work customers describe, alongside pool table transport that has drawn particular praise. Lee is the staff member named most often, and reviewers credit him with clear communication before the job, an organised approach and careful handling during transport. A recurring theme is the care taken with awkward items: several customers recall furniture moved through difficult conditions, including ankle-deep water, without damage to their belongings.

Reliability and punctuality come up repeatedly, with jobs completed when promised and teams arriving as arranged. Reviewers describe the crew as friendly and experienced, noting that the same people have handled repeat moves over many years. Fair pricing is mentioned alongside the quality of the result, with customers saying the service delivered more than expected for the cost.

Several accounts highlight how problems were handled, including one where a table was collected within a week of being notified after another provider lost parts, then moved without damage. Storage and transport of furniture appear in the descriptions, as does the willingness to take on difficult jobs that other providers had declined. The consistent thread is expertise, care and a team that keeps customers informed from booking through to delivery.
