I found the crew from AR Removals very professional and experienced. They were very diligent. They packed up my belongings very carefully and then delivered and packed them to my storage unit with the same care and attention. Very impressed.

A&R removals took the stress out of my move. Moved from Cairns to Magnetic Island, all happening in a week! Ray in Cairns was extremely easy to deal with, and the one who put everything together. The guys who picked up my gear and the ones who dropped it off, were also great to deal with. Everthing arrived in tact and everything accounted for. I score a 10/10 all round or double 5 star. Everything about my experience with A&R moving my piano was great: - Quick to contact me following my enquiry, with a competitive quote whose scope matched my request. - The team arrived on time, were pleasant, and had a can-do attitude. - They undertook the move with care, to both the house and the piano, and also their own safety. - Communicated with each other, and me, during the move. - They finished a job that another removalist had tried to start but couldn't complete. A&R were the only removal company that got back to me after rest didn't, they were professional, reasonable priced and were really good to deal with. The young guys that took my stuff on the truck were polite and careful and professional. I 100 percent recommend A&R to any one that was looking for a moving company. If I have to move again I will be using A& R again.
