We had the worst experience with Melbourne City Movers. The team were inexperienced and took nearly 12 hours to complete a move for a 2 bedroom town house. That wasn't it. At the end there were also surprises with extra fees that weren't related to hourly fees. I honestly wouldn't recommend this Moving Company. It was far too stressful.

We booked mcm with short notice. We had a lot of very heavy furniture a flight of steep old stairs and narrow doorways. The two men showed up started immediately, didn’t stand around talking or looking at their phones, they just worked and worked extremely hard. They were smiling and happy. They were very professional and there was not a single mark in anything they moved. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. My husband who hates spending money, after they left he said they were worth every cent. I agree. A wonderful job not just by the two men who were extremely organised and had all the equipment to do the work but also from the gentleman who we booked with online who communicated everything. I had the best moving experience with Melbourne City Movers. The team who assisted with our move (Shri & Love) did a fabulous job. Nothing was broken or damaged. Though we had some heavy stuff to move and also had stairs we didn’t hear then complain; they were very careful and coordinated.

Shree and Love the movers kindly notified us of coming 1hr later than 8am scheduled was perfect giving us time to pack up properly. They handled our stuff and property with precision and care, while installing our appliances to function quickly the experience was stress free. We used them a second time for the team’s professionalism, reliability and very good charge rate if you want affordability. Booking is easy -Gill (manager) was responsive and transparent with quotes and followup.
