Jim's Removals and Storage

Second time using Jim's Removals and Storage both for interstate moves. I highly recommend. No damages - plenty of blankets, straps, padding etc used. Quick load and unloads. Got a good price as a repeat customer. Overall very satisfied with their service.

Sylvia and Danny were amazing! They were very helpful and navigated the tight corridors with our larger furniture well. They were super friendly and got the job done well!

We were honestly so impressed with the removalists. They showed up right on time, handled everything with care, and were super polite and easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. They made a stressful day feel effortless. We will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Great experience with Jim’s Removals. The crew was friendly and handled all our belongings with real care. Everything went smoothly and we’d happily use them again. Highly recommend.

We recently used Jim's Removals and Storage for our move from the east to the west side, and we're thoroughly impressed. We opted for the bigger truck which was absolutely the right call — it gave plenty of room for everything including our bike, couch, washing machine, dryer, fridge, and even our fragile items like the TV and mirrors, all transported safely without a scratch. Sylvia and Danny were absolutely fantastic — they arrived right on time and handled everything with great care and attention to detail. They were meticulous throughout the whole process, minimising risk at every step and always checking in with us before attempting any tricky or high-risk manoeuvres around the house. Navigating tight and awkward spaces was no problem for them at all. One tip for future customers — make sure loose items are packed into solid containers with a secure lid beforehand, as this makes loading into the truck much safer and more efficient. We went with the hourly rate and it worked out great — it gave us the flexibility to decide on the fly what we wanted to send, which made the whole experience feel stress-free. Highly recommend Sylvia and Danny and the bigger truck option — top notch team!

Sylvia and Danny were highly professional and took great care of our belongings throughout the move. We truly appreciated their hard work and attention to detail. We would highly recommend Jim Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service.
