Terrible value for money. Their hourly rate is not too bad but they were VERY slow. Took them 6 hours to move out of my 3 bedroom duplex to a house 5 mins down the road. Ended costing us close to 2k.

I've used their services twice now (first to move my boxes into storage and then out of storage upon my return to Canberra). The staff is quick to respond to queries, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They accommodated my last-minute request to postpone my appointment by a day. Mila especially has been helpful to me both times I’ve used their services. The movers are on time, and they work quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
