Heima Transport

Heima Transport Pty Ltd is a removalist business based in Coffs Harbour, NSW, established in 2018. The team is led by Kang Lin, who previously managed The Little Green Truck for six years in the area. The company operates three utes and three trucks ranging from 1 to 10 tonnes, and maintains its own secured warehouse for warehouse solutions and distribution services.

Commercial customers include Harvey Norman, Bunnings and Oz Design Furniture. The service area covers from Yamba to Kempsey. Services provided are pick-up and delivery, house or office moves, bulky goods relocation, waste removal, distribution warehouse and storage solutions, and labour hire.

Coffs Harbour customers describe a pattern of reliability that runs from the first booking update through to the final item placed. Punctual arrival and efficient handling of furniture and belongings appear throughout the feedback, with reviewers noting that sofa collections, bed relocations and appliance deliveries all progressed without fuss. Careful treatment of goods is repeatedly mentioned, including oversized fridges squeezed through doorways, freezers carried inside and items unpacked, assembled and cleared of packaging.

Staff member Riley and colleague Carl are singled out by name as polite, capable and good-humoured, while other accounts credit crews with going beyond what had been booked, such as carrying goods indoors despite a drop-off-only arrangement. Communication rates highly, particularly tracking links and advance notifications that kept people informed of arrival times. Pricing is described as fair and consistent, with the amount charged matching the figure originally quoted and no unexpected additions. Several reviewers highlight short-notice jobs, multiple delivery addresses and work completed in hot, humid conditions, and the same team is credited with making what is often a demanding day feel organised and straightforward.
