Vault Moving & Storage.

Vault helped me with my move from Park Beach to Emerald Beach. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you to Lisi in the office for arranging a morning slot - I had a very tight window to move out. Jay and his partner turned up on time, were efficient, took care of my furniture and were lovely to deal with.

A big thank you to the Vault Moving & Storage team for helping us to move our furniture for a local move within Sawtell. The team was professional and did their work on time. Communication was very clear from the quote, payment and their operations. Sam also helped us to get a slot in the last minute which helped us for our moving. 100% recommend Vault Moving & Storage

I recently used Vault Moving & Storage to remove and store my furniture for 2 weeks while having my floors sanded. Lisi in the office was brilliant, very professional and so helpful. Lewis, Jordan and the entire moving crew were extremely quick and efficient whilst handling my furniture with great care. Everyone at Vault was friendly and the communication and customer service was excellent making the whole process stress free. I highly recommend the Vault team and would certainly use them again.

Dave and Tyson made our move a breeze. They were fast, efficient and easy to communicate with. They were expert at navigating some really tight spots and getting our stuff in and out intact. Everything was organised really well and we didn’t lose a single thing. I won’t be moving house without these guys again 5 stars

I used Vault Moving & Storage a few years ago and they were so good that when I needed a huge amount of custom cabinetry moved into my new store, I knew I couldn't use anyone else. It was a massive and pretty challenging job, but they made the whole thing feel so easy and organised. The team were honestly the nicest bunch of guys - all so helpful, friendly and just genuinely wanting to make things easier. I even remember at one point when there was a bit of a lull and nothing much happening, one of the guys just picked up a broom and started sweeping 😂 It sounds like such a small thing, but I feel like it says a lot about the team. They were just happy to help wherever they could and get stuck in. Moving a huge amount of cabinetry is not exactly a small job, but the whole process was so well coordinated and stress free. I honestly wouldn't use anyone else. Couldn't recommend these guys more! ⭐️

A great shout out for Lewis Sebastian,Tyson & Simon from Vault Removals very happy from start to finish. We had wet weather on pickup & the boys were amazing, managing our belongings with bad weather to contend with & professional. Delivery was very smooth, the boys again were professional & efficient. All our furniture & boxes arrived as we packed them Would definately recommend Vault removals Kind regards Glenn & Cathy

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Rates for storage are extremely competitive. We had the entire contents of our home stored at their facility for fifteen months during the building of our new home. When they were finally delivered today they were in great condition! The team who did the delivery, Dave, Lewis, Wayne and Sebastian were extremely professional. Our furniture was handled with great care and their manner was obliging, friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. Thank you SO MUCH for making our move a hassle free and pleasant experience. 😊😊
