A Mackay customer booked a move that was cancelled several times, with the account describing moving as clearly not the priority. One booking was made despite the vehicle not being in town at all. The customer offered their own vehicle and trailer provided some muscle was supplied to assist, yet this could not be accommodated.

A van with one worker was proposed for the next day, then cancelled on the morning of the move itself. The customer remarks that they were fortunate not to be in a hurry. The repeated cancellations and the very late change are presented as unacceptable, and the job did not proceed as arranged.
