JR Removals Mackay

JR Removals Mackay is a family-owned and operated removalist business that has been operating since 1978, with more than 40 years of industry experience. It serves residential and commercial clients.

The business provides local removals throughout Mackay and surrounding areas including Sarina, Walkerston and Shoal Point, intrastate QLD removals along the East Coast from Cairns to the Gold Coast and throughout Outback Queensland, and interstate removals across NSW, ACT and VIC, covering the East Coast from the Northern Rivers to Melbourne. Its main services include packing, loading, delivery, furniture assembly and transit protection. It offers pre-transit insurance and a no-hassle guarantee.

Praise for care and reliability runs through the feedback on JR Removals Mackay, with customers describing belongings handled gently and furniture arriving without damage. Residents of Mackay and nearby areas report that the team turns up when promised, works steadily and finishes within a sensible time frame. Several accounts highlight clear communication from the first enquiry onwards, with expectations set early and no unexpected charges added at the end. Reasonable pricing comes up repeatedly as a point of satisfaction.

The pair most often named, Carey and Evan, are described as polite, helpful and willing to go beyond the basic job, whether that means arranging loads for two separate drop-off addresses or shifting heavy furniture down a steep slope into a shed. Reviewers note that packing was done carefully and unpacking at the new property was orderly, and repeat bookings suggest consistent results over multiple moves. A long-distance job from Mackay to Middlemount is among the moves mentioned approvingly, and the same courteous, unhurried approach is credited across house relocations, loading and transport work, and packing supply needs.
