Allied Moving Services

I chose Allied Moving because of their review rating and unfortunately I found them very very disappointing. They left a mess in our apartment and the whole building to a degree that I had to pay 2 round of cleaners to remove the mess and the stains they left on my carpet. They left trash in my sink and didn’t even bother removing the energy drink can or ice cream stick from my sink after they had them. They didn’t lock my door and left it open while they had the key to pack stuff. I noticed it one day later. They charged a very high price for a very low quality job. I didn’t want to leave a review because Luke in Allied Mackay was very nice and attentive even when I complained. But the audacity of the sales person Mark who shifts the blame to us because we didn’t supervise their employee enough added fuel to my bad experience. They simply don’t care.

I have used Allied Moving Services for three interstate moves and their service was excellent each tie. I recently considered moving some furniture from Mackay Qld to Adelaide and the staff in the Mackay Office were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would not move with anyone else.

Cannot fault the service of Allied - from quote to acceptance to pick up. Smooth and well communicated - professional and most helpful and flexible. Here’s hoping the transit and delivery process is just as smooth!

Matt and the team were fabulous. Very helpful. Very careful getting our large heavy outdoor setting through the house. Offered to help me place my furniture back in position which I moved to allow them easy access. A pleasure to meet the boys and we would thoroughly recommend their services.

Allied moving services were amazing, they came to my place to load there truck for all my belongings to go into storage till I move house at a later date. They were so careful and respectful to my belongings, they were extremely friendly and made sure what they were taking by communicating with me at all times I would highly recommend this business Thankyou Matt and Maki

We used Allied to move from Sydney to Airlie Beach. The whole experience exceeded my expectatations. Crews in both Sydney and Mackay were very experienced and friendly. Furniture arrived only a day later than promised. No damage to either house or furniture. Would definitely recommend Allied for your next move.
