I was apprehensive about having people move my belongings, but they handled everything with great care, especially the more delicate items. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I will definitely be booking with them again.
Really happy with the service. The move went smoothly, the team was easy to deal with, and I paid exactly what was quoted. Their price was also lower than a lot of the other movers I contacted. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Dial-A-Mover and cannot recommend them highly enough. Moving is always stressful, but the team made the entire process feel relaxed and efficient. A huge thank you to Maher and Manoli, who handled the physical move. They were lovely to deal with and kept the mood light while working incredibly hard. I was particularly stressed about whether my couch would fit into the lift, but they handled it with total professionalism. The customer service was also top-notch. Karelle was excellent with the initial booking, and Isaiah was incredibly helpful and patient when he called to talk through my concerns about the lift dimensions. I couldn't fault their work from start to finish. If you’re looking for a moving company that combines efficiency with a personal, calm touch, these are the people to call! They are very professional and moved our items with care. We had heavy items and fragile ones. They packed everything in a way that everything was perfectly delivered. They were on time and communicated everything in a very clear way. I definitely recommend them if you want a stress free move.
Loved the service from Dial A Mover . I need 2 beds collected from 2 different locations and taken to our holiday home to replace some beds . The beds being replaced were then transported back by the team to Melbourne to 2 different locations . Job well done with ease. Thank you team at Dial A Mover
Isaiah and his team were amazing. Before the move, he answered the billions of questions I had. They made our move so seamless and moved everything we had in 4 hours! We really appreciated their positive attitude and you could tell they were all very experienced with the logistics and physics of everything. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for future moves.
