Caloundra Removals & Storage Townsville

Caloundra Removals & Storage Townsville is a removalist business with over three decades of experience in the removals industry and over 20 years of experience. The company owns removalist and storage specific premises in Sydney, Melbourne, Townsville and the Sunshine Coast, and operates three depots in Townsville, the Sunshine Coast and Sydney. It offers packing, loading, transportation and unpacking services, as well as furniture disassembly and reassembly. Storage options include short and long-term arrangements, and moving insurance for furniture and effects can be arranged.

Storage facilities are protected by fencing, security lighting and 24-hour monitored alarm systems. The company uses a modern fleet of vehicles and company-owned, staffed and maintained storage depots. Professional packing is provided for crockery, glassware, pictures, clothing and fragile items, and packing materials supplied include cartons, white paper, shredded paper, bubble wrap, picture packs, porta-robes and plastics. Local, intrastate and interstate relocation services are available. The storage property includes 80 timber storage modules, lounge racking, capacity for 80 moving and storage containers, and forklifts.

Punctual crews, brisk loading and belongings arriving exactly as they were collected recur throughout feedback on this Townsville removalist and storage operator. One household had a two-bedroom unit cleared in about an hour and twenty minutes despite awkward stair access and no lift, a pace that impressed those watching. Customers writing about their orders describe the storage of furniture and household goods for months before final delivery, with the same care shown at collection, storage and drop-off.

A detail many reviews return to is the steadiness of the moving teams when access is cramped, including jobs shifting contents from two-storey homes into smaller units. Matt, together with Justin, Tioni, Tonk, Mitch, Shannon, Willy, Josh, Dillon and Gabriel, is repeatedly named for clear quoting, patient answers to questions and a friendly manner on site. Reviewers also note that cardboard and plastic packaging is reused rather than discarded. Word-of-mouth bookings, including an interstate uplift and delivery, and an unusual freight request to carry a ute canopy north, are described as straightforward and efficiently handled from first enquiry to unloading.
