This wasn't an easy move either. The pickup location had a lift, which added extra time, and at the drop-off location, almost everything had to be carried upstairs. It turned into a long day for all of us, but Renan and Elias never complained once. They kept a positive attitude, worked efficiently from beginning to end, and maintained the same level of care throughout the entire move. Communication was excellent throughout. This week I moved with the help of Vaz Power Company, and I was very impressed with their service. They arrived on time, brought all the necessary equipment to carefully wrap and protect my furniture, and everything was delivered without any damage. The truck was also clean and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Rafael and Ryan, who were polite, professional, and handled everything with great care throughout the move. During the move, they realized that the original truck was not large enough for all of my furniture. They quickly contacted management, who took full responsibility and promptly arranged for a second truck and an additional team member at no extra cost. Thanks to their excellent communication and quick response, the move was completed on time, just as promised. Renan and Victor these guys are absolutely magic. So kind and incredible at their work. They put us at rest as we had a whole lot of stuff. They sorted it all out and packed that truck like it was nothing. They truly are a fantastic team. Fantastic team. Such nice guys all round. Total gentleman.
