Moveage Group

Moveage Group is a removalist company founded in 2011. It services the Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast region, and offers long distance moves, including from Brisbane to Cairns or Adelaide. The company provides packing and unpacking services for all moves, as well as general cleaning, entry/exit cleans and bond cleans.

Storage is available, including secure container storage delivered to the customer's location. Moveage Group offers an on-time guarantee: if they arrive late on moving day, the customer gets $200 off their invoice. The booking process includes an online quote in 30 seconds and online booking.

Household relocations and the movement of furniture into storage are the core of the work described by customers of this Brisbane removalist. Reviewers frequently point to that belongings arrive without damage, with fragile pieces, large furniture items and boxed goods handled carefully and secured using blankets and straps. Punctuality and steady effort come up often: crews are said to arrive early, work without stopping until the job is finished and complete moves faster than anticipated while maintaining the quality of the result.

Customers describe several staff members by name, including Jesus, Miguel, Lucas, Sebastian, Bernando, Daniel, Cris, Juan, Clayton and Bob, and characterise them as polite, friendly, patient and respectful when following detailed instructions. Communication before the move is another recurring theme, with phone calls confirming arrangements and office staff answering questions from first-time movers. Pricing is described as reasonable by more than one customer, and the online booking system is noted for its efficiency. Praise also covers the care taken with heavily weighted and delicate pieces, the sympathetic handling of anxious households and the tidiness of packing. The willingness of the same teams to return for repeat moves points to consistency in the service.
