Ben Moves moved us from Albion to Nundah - care was taken every step of the way, even with a steep driveway at one end and a tricky staircase at the other. Nick and Levi were exceptional - friendly, efficient and went above and beyond in ensuring all of our items were moved and in place at the other end. The booking and quote process was simple and easy, with the team being very flexible when we had to change the date of the move. Could not recommend this company more!
From first phone call, to every email, text and call in the lead up, to the very last box - this has been exceptional! We had a Pack and Prep team on Thursday, followed by Saturday removalists of a 5 br house into storage units. You can tell when people truly care, and every single person here does. Greatest appreciation and thanks to the calmest, kindest, caring and funny team - Ben and Wai - a 9 hour marathon that included 2 drop off locations (nursing home and storage)! 2 of the boys from Ben Moves Brisbane helped me move house just recently and they did an outstanding job. I did make it difficult for them as Furniture had to go up three flights of stairs, but they did it with ease. Not one thing got scratched or damaged, which I was incredibly impressed by. They even turned up early and got the job done in a reasonable time frame . I cannot recommend the team from Ben Moves Brisbane enough.
