We’ve used Two men and a Truck a few times in the past and when it came to my sister moving … this company was my first choice. Gabriel and Edward assisted in her move today. They were professional and took great care in packing and unpacking all her things. Great job guys!!! Highly recommended!!!!!! If your moving.. give them a call!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the most stressful move I’ve ever experienced. I hired this company to move the contents of one bedroom from Coburg to Northcote. Before the move, I walked the movers through everything that needed to be taken twice and left them a written checklist. At the end of the job, I was told everything had been moved, so I paid the final invoice of over $700 (after originally being quoted around $400) trusting the service had been completed. The next day, I discovered several of my belongings had been left behind despite being clearly identified. The movers had also left my bed frame in one piece because they didn’t have a standard Allen key to dismantle it. I had to buy the tool myself, dismantle, move it from the lounge room to the bedroom and reassemble the bed, injuring myself in the process. I’ve since required medical treatment and missed work. When I contacted the company, one of the solutions offered was $80 for me to move the forgotten items myself. After paying $700 for professional removalists specifically to avoid doing the heavy lifting, I found this response unacceptable. Instead of settling into my new home, I’ve spent days making return trips, buying tools, moving furniture myself, recovering from an injury, chasing customer service, and continuing to pay rent on my old property because my remaining belongings are still there waiting to be collected. I’ve had smoother, less stressful moves using Airtasker for a fraction of the price. I chose a professional removalist expecting reliability and convenience, but ended up with more stress, more work and more expense than if I’d organised the move myself. I am still waiting for the company to address the fee charged for an incomplete job.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Lucas and Morton were super professional and handled our furniture with the most amazing care. The best part was how attentive they were and how they made sure everything was done and placed exactly the way we wanted. They were very efficient and accommodating to all our requests. Lucas and Morton worked hard and helped make the day less stressful. The whole process felt really smooth and they were great at assembling and disassembling everything. They took extra care with our valuables, especially our paintings. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company.

We booked a full "pack and unpack" service for a major interstate relocation, paying a premium of over $11,000. Unfortunately, the execution was entirely disorganised and entirely sub-par. On the day of the pack, the removalists arrived with zero boxes or materials, delaying the start so they could buy supplies from Bunnings. During the unpack, a half-empty truck arrived first, resulting in an hour-long delay while the rest of our items were brought from the depot. The removalists literally left the site to get coffee because they had nothing to do. The packing quality was abysmal, with items shoved into boxes with zero care. The unpack was left incomplete, leaving our clothes in a mess and forcing us to completely re-do the kitchen, drawers, and pantry ourselves. Of course we couldn’t audit every drawer, cupboard, wardrobe, garage so we let them go home and it was quickly apparent after they left how diabolical the work was. When complained to, their After Care team admitted the crew ignored specific job-sheet notes about packing supplies. They offered to send two unpackers back for 4 hours to rectify the situation, but by that point, we had already spent our own time fixing their mess, making the offer useless. Instead, for these massive logistical failures on an $11k+ invoice, they offered a token $200 refund - 2% of the overall cost. Extremely disappointing service; look elsewhere if you expect professionalism.

We used Two men and a truck for our recent move. Daniel, Mateus and Marcos did an exceptional job. They were efficient, careful and absolutely lovely to work with. Websters dictionary defines movers as "one that moves or sets something in motion". I define movers as Marcos, Guilherme, and Cassio. These gentleman were incredibly caring, considerate, and accommodating during my mum's move. I couldn't have asked for a better team to move these earthly belongings. I'm definitely going to be asking for these dependable lads for my next move.
