Fast, efficient, professional and friendly service. From making the initial enquiry right through to the move itself, they were helpful and accomodating. The two removalist on the day were outstanding, and I was quickly put at ease that my stuff was in good hands. They got the job done ahead of time without compromising the care they took to pack and then deliver everything. Highly recommended.
We've used Man With a Van twice now, once a couple years ago and again for a recent move and was impressed with how fast and efficient the team were on the day. The movers were as careful as possible but even when minor damage occurred to the property, Tom was prompt in following up and resolved the matter professionally. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable removalist.
Affordable and efficient. All done in just over two hours which was amazing with two flights of stairs at both the pick-up and delivery sites. They got my big couch through a VERY narrow stairwell. The basic pack of boxes, tape and wrapping paper is good value for money, and was delivered on time.
I hired 3 movers to move from a 3 br unit into a 4 br house to a suburb that was only 10 mins away. They were punctual and fast. The job was done 30 mins quicker than estimated. Overall, they did a fantastic job. There were damages caused by the move however: There were stains on my couch, destroyed one of my pot plants, and damaged one of my wooden closets. Despite these damages, they were easy to work with to get some sort of remedy: a steam cleaner for the couch and cash reimbursement for the plant. The closet we ended up just throwing away (which we thought about doing anyway), and didn't pursue a claim.
