I’ve genuinely never left a bad review but my experience with Allied Moving Services was so bad that I find it necessary. I was moving interstate and the movers were incredibly rude coming into my home, they were unkind, late and wouldn’t help me with what I needed, even after asking and offering to pay more as needed. They left me completely hanging. The Sydney Seven Hills office was an awful experience. These specific movers also didn’t listen to me and shipped the king size bed to the wrong location. They then tricked me into signing something saying everything was going to the correct place even though they clearly didn’t listen, care or explain things to me. The office staff then wanted us to pay an additional $200 to ship the bed where it was supposed to go (the movers had put it in the wrong location and later blamed me even though they didn’t communicate with me properly). Allied’s slogan says they are the careful movers our boxes arrived to us damaged and a few things were damaged. Luckily nothing too important. Now I will say Adelaide and NT staff were kind and decent which I greatly appreciate. Sydney staff were unbelievably bad. These two Sydney based movers made an already stressful move significantly worse for me and my family. I had a truly bad experience with Allied.

I had a packing team and a moving team, both were excellent. Fast, efficient and careful. I felt supported from the call the day before to the final walk through. Polite, on time and genuinely professional. Good price and brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Allied highly enough. Smooth, fast, professional service. I’m kicking myself I never used Allied for my first initial move last year. Will never use another company again, Allied are my number one go to for service from now on

Outstanding professional service and expert problem solving to get our household effects moved - nothing was too much trouble especially the can do attitude from Evelyn which was exceptional from my initial enquiry, her subsequent follow up and action to get the job done at very short notice. Excellent service from the team at Allied. Everything went smoothly with a prepack on Monday, uplift on Tuesday and delivery interstate on Thursday. No problems or issues. Highly recommended.

First Class! The guys today were absolutely first class. Very professional, careful with everything, and very friendly too. The five !) guys had my 22nd floor apartment contents in the truck in well under an hour!!! Ten out of ten!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Allied. My first move interstate and they made me feel very confident with the whole process. My stuff arrived within the timeframe they specified and the whole thing was very seamless. Would recommend.
