What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Households moving between Adelaide suburbs, including properties with steep hills and many steps, form the backdrop to most accounts, and the same themes surface again and again. Customers in several reviews describe the crew arriving when promised and working without pause, even through days above 39 degrees, with no damage reported to furniture or delicate older pieces. Several accounts note the care taken with belongings, from wrapping and loading to placing items exactly where they were wanted, and the ease of dealing with the team from the first call through to the end of the job.

Jeff and Riley are named for their professionalism and work ethic, while Jodie also draws thanks for looking after clients. Pricing is described as fair and honest, with one customer noting the final cost came in lower than the original quote because the work finished ahead of schedule. Piano and delicate-piece moves appear alongside general household relocations, and the friendly, collaborative manner of the staff is a point that comes up often, including a move coordinated with a second company after an earlier cancellation. Compliments extend to communication before and during the job, and to the care shown towards a customer's young child.

I can't say anything but positives about these guys! I've used them for moving some delicate older pieces and they were fantastic. From start to finish, they were easy to deal with, easy to communicate with, and took great care in making sure everything was right.

Quick, cheaper than they initially quoted as got the job done faster, easy to work with. Was recommended by a friend and would recommend them on to others myself.

I honestly couldn’t fault the professionalism, helpfulness and work ethic of Jeff and Riley from FiveStar Removals. Nothing was too much for the guys. Very reasonable rates, honest and fair. They worked hard and it was a 39 degrees day. I can totally recommend FiveStar Removals. Thank you so much guys. Vicki & John
