Terrible experience moving from Toowoomba to Brisbane. One packer sent who seemed inexperienced. Boxes when open just had plastic items loose with no wrapping. Some help given later that afternoon. On arrival in Brisbane both of my glass bedside cabinets were broken. When I asked them to replace them they said I did not take out insurance. Don’t know too many services where one has to take out insurance in case of their harm. It is usually the other way around. I as a nurse have professional liability insurance Boxes mislabelled. Absolutely appalled at the lack of service.

There are real human beings behind this business, it is business made to help more than earning money$$. Never forget how you provide real help through my hardships I encountered. This business provide storage and removal togather. I wish I choose you from beggining, so I save my time. I hope who read my review choose wisely. much respect and value toward these people who are behind this business.

We were all impressed by the care taken by Paul in the packing and relocating of our belongings. It was a seamless and stress free move. We were also impressed by Bart who went above and beyond in delivering our printed quote to their door when we had difficulty downloading the digital one. Taylor’s professionalism was really appreciated. We would highly recommend them.

Whilst in the Army we moved every two years, but this time was very different. It is a daunting task to have a removal after being in one place for 30+ years. I am amazed at how much "Stuff" we were able to accumulate. However the team of experienced removalist's made our move, from one house to the next, a smooth and very stress free experience. They were friendly, polite and very capable. The heavy items, such as the pool table and Buffet unit never phased them. They went over-board to make us feel special. My wife and I cannot compliment them enough.

The crew who turned up were great. The person managing the move stated he did not know why that move would take 2 days. (this is what we were quoted). We were charged over $3000. We were moving less than 10 kilometres. I was charged $1600 to move from Brisbane to Toowoomba for a full house full of furniture. I would never EVER advise people to use Taylors

Bart & his team made my move from a rental property to storage then to my new home, absolutely hassle free. My delivery date from storage to my new home changed a number of times with delays with my new house being finished. Bart was more than accommodating. Every member of the team that I have dealt with has been so helpful and professional. All of my belongings were always handled with care.
