Absolutely diamond quality service, brilliant phone support in quoting, booking / scheduling, confirmation and pre+post sales support. Professionalism, courtesy and efficiency being three applicable descriptives of every interaction with each involved team member. The three staff who actioned the relocation on the day were extremely proficient and managed all relevant tasks with pure expertise and precision in the most timely manner - I could have prepared and served the team a five course lunch afterwards and we still would have completed everything quicker than I had anticipated. If I were thinking up a slogan for this group, my initial discussions around the water cooler may be “On time, under budget, EVERY time”

We recently hired Richard Mitchell Removals to relocate our office. The team were incredible - they were punctual, organised, incredibly fast and efficient. They packed up our entire office loaded the truck and had everything unloaded (and desks etc installed) in just over 3 hours. Granted we only had a small office (approx 89sqm) and we were not moving far but it was still incredibly impressive. The team were highly professional and I would have no issue in recommending Richard Mitchell Removals to anyone looking for a great team to manage their move.
