We recently engaged W.E. Hughes to relocate our office in Adelaide CBD, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very first conversation to the completion of the move, the communication before, during, and after was excellent. The team kept us informed every step of the way, the entire process was incredibly well organised. On moving day, we discovered we had more office furniture and equipment than we had originally estimated. Rather than letting this become a problem, W.E. Hughes responded immediately and arranged additional removalists at short notice to keep everything running smoothly. Their flexibility and professionalism was outstanding. The removalists were punctual, efficient, friendly, and treated all of our furniture and equipment with great care. If you’re looking for a removalist that genuinely delivers on service, I can’t recommend W.E. Hughes highly enough. They made what could have been a very stressful office relocation feel easy. A huge thank you to the entire team for an outstanding job!

Fantastic. Would highly recommend. WE Hughes Removals moved us into our 2 storey house and had no issue with moving beds and sofas upstairs. They were respectful and made the whole day as low stress as it can possibly be. We have since recommended to lots of friends and family who have also been really happy.

I wish I could give negative stars. I moved house with this company. I advised the person on the phone that the house had stairs. The removalists damaged the walls and flooring of my brand new house and would not accept responsibility. I was told that “ they were there before” . The day before the move I had completed the final inspection of the house, no one would accept handover of a million dollar plus brand new house with gouges in the stairs and holes in the wall. I made suggestions about how to better manage the stairs, but was told “ we know why we are doing “ . After I mentioned the damage they refused to take any more furniture upstairs 🤦🏻‍♀️ For the second day of the removal I used a different company and had a 1000% better experience that cost $100 less per hour. The website also promised free boxes, but then they charged me for them. I then had to return the boxes over multiple trips in my car to receive the money back. Since moving in I have had heavy couches and beds delivered by the Natuzzi movers. They had no issue with the stairs and utilised moving manoeuvres that I had suggested to the “I have 20 yrs of moving, I know what I am doing “ Hughes movers. The movers seemed to have issue dealing with women. I am sure if a man had made the same suggestions they would have listened. This is the most unprofessional moving company I have ever used and I have moved many times.

We used Cory and Rob from Hughes. They were ontime, friendly, very helpful and efficient in their work. They were a delight to deal with, and will use them again soon!
