Farmed the job out to another company “CBD Removals” that did not understand the assignment. Resulting in higher fees than quoted and a lot of “hidden fees”. Arvi was great to deal with until problems arose, he then became uncontactable - will never use these guys again

I would give this removalist zero stars but they actually got to our new house before us. If you are considering using this company to move you, please DONT. We have moved several times and they were by far the worst removalist company I have ever come across. from turning up an hour late after I had to phone them to see where they were to damaging nearly every piece of our expensive furniture and paintings and giving me the excuse that it was because I have white furniture. The after sales service was no better. from November 22 until the beginning of February every time I rang to see about reimbursement for my damage the manager used the excuse that the owner was on holiday in India. I finally spoke to him in mid February about using his insurance and covering me for about $3000.00 worth of damage and he had no interest at all. I have now binned the damaged goods and bought new goods. PLEASE KEEP RIGHT AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

Removals R Us did not deliver. After telling/pleading with the boss (Arvi) that this was a big move, he sent a small truck. After 13 hours we had not finished the move. I had to get another company to finish the job the next day. Not happy Jan. The two workers were very polite, but perhaps not terribly experienced. I think they would be ok for small moves.

I had a great experience with this moving company. The movers were polite, friendly, and very efficient — they handled everything carefully and worked quickly. They arrived on time and completed the job smoothly without any issues. The first contact was made by SMS, and I made a deposit to confirm the booking. Everything went well, but I think it would be even more comfortable and clear if the deposit and booking could also be confirmed by phone for better communication. The charge was fair, with a minimum of 2 hours plus GST, which is quite normal and reasonable. Overall, a reliable, professional, and friendly company that I would be happy to recommend.
