Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. My belongings were delivered significantly later than promised, which caused considerable stress and inconvenience during an already challenging interstate move. Communication throughout the process was poor, and it was often difficult to obtain clear updates. In addition, my car arrived with a damaged windscreen. I reported the issue immediately and provided all the information requested. However, my claim was ultimately declined, leaving me responsible for the repair costs. I chose this company expecting a professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I hope they improve their communication, delivery timeframes, and the way customer claims are handled. Based on my experience, I would not choose this company again and I don’t recommend their services.

Gustavo and Ryan delivered my items today just in time to set up my new house just before Christmas. They worked quickly and carefully. We got through all the required signatures for dropoff with no issues and Gus happily explained what I was signing for. Solid effort by these lads, thanks again really appreciate it. Luis and Danilo were amazing. They listened and were careful and efficient at moving our gear. I can't believe their skills in arranging our gear in the truck for storage. Amazing work!

Today from sunrise to well pass sunset we had the hardest working team uplifting two containers full of furniture. This company is outstanding - really! Every single person at our house today, and there was a lot at one point, worked so hard in the toughest of conditions. The humidity was brutal and yet that didn’t slow anyone down from their team, they all just worked together so well to get the massive job done. Nothing is a problem for these guys. I wish them the very best in their future as they are the hardest working people I have seen! Well done!
