I cannot speak highly enough of the team from Kent Removals Darwin. They were professional, compassionate and supportive during a difficult time for us. My father n law passed away the night before the scheduled uplift, and l was supporting my daughter after she was present at the passing of her grandpa. Despite these circumstances, the Kent team showed immense understanding and kindness throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, were helpful, respectful, and simply got on with the job with very little guidance from me, which was invaluable given everything l was dealing with. The team, Ronnie, Sumit and K.B, even assisted with several additional requests that were not required of them, and stayed back late to get the job done. The team's professionalism, empathy and willingness to go above and beyond made a very stressful and emotional situation so much easier to manage. I would highly recommend the Kent Removals Darwin team to anyone if looking at relocating and wanting genuine customer care services

Kent removals recently did a complete pre-pack and uplift of my four bedroom house. Ronnie and Maan did an excellent job caring for our furniture and meticulously packing it for storage. Highly recommend this crew. 5 stars!

Quick, friendly and helpful staff delivered our items and immediately followed up one missing item. Garry and Sumit were excellent. When we identified one item as missing (the label had fallen off), Garry quickly contacted the depot and it was located and delivered the following day. The staff were very professional and proficient.

The 3 guys that unpacked our furniture and house hold goods was great and friendly. They handled everything careful. I give them 20/10

Had Kent removals take my partner and i’s home packaged up with care, really appreciated the service of the two initial men who came into the place and thoroughly looked over everything and packed it all efficiently and carefully. Then the removal crew came a short while after, absolute troopers! Shoutout to Ronnie, Garry and Maan for doing an awesome job of taking everything from the place and taking care of everything, awesome job, awesome people
