PACK & SEND Orange

Courier, freight and packing work passes through this Orange operation, and the note sounded most often in feedback is the personal attention given by Jaya, whose help with organisation, box selection and careful handling is singled out time and again. Accounts describe parcels reaching Sydney overnight and overseas destinations such as Cornwall and the United States within days, with a custom-fitted box protecting a painting and a collected item wrapped securely. House relocations from Orange to Newcastle and shipping to Minneapolis also appear, alongside packing that left contents intact on arrival.

Reviewers repeatedly remark on prompt, efficient service and clear communication throughout, with collections from residential addresses arranged without fuss. Shipping quotes are described as the cheapest on offer, and tracking is followed through to the delivery point. Staff come across as courteous, considerate and straightforward to deal with, and organising freight, especially international consignments, is described as uncomplicated. Support with packing, freight forwarding and courier tasks recurs across the accounts, with several customers noting that questions were answered attentively and goods arrived in excellent condition.
