We recently relocated from Sydney to Bathurst NSW. Dawson’s made the move easy and provided great communication across all aspects of the move. Simon at the office end and Reece & Bradon with the move itself were friendly and professional and went out of their way to help us move our house and some very sensitive equipment safely and with great care. Dont use this company On delivery they broke my TV which was only 2 years old. I had to claim on my own insurance, which didn’t replace the TV. I was the one who was out of pocket for the insurance premium and excess. They took no responsibility whatsoever ever. They broke it and they should have replaced it.

They have some very dangerous drivers today one charged up behind me sat on my arse for ages then tried to overtake on double white lines a car come from the other way so he had to brake so did I because he was beside me on the wrong side of the road when I realised he was braking I then had to speed up and get in front of him then he sat on my arse again for about 10 km so I slowed right down because he was being dangerous eventually he got past me I phoned his office and they made nothing but excuses up and blamed me for slowing right down when this all began I had my speed set at 100 he was just a arrogant idiot in a hurry and put my family and other road users at risk with his behaviour then his company try’s to blame me maybe get better drivers or get out the business he was that close to my car I could read his redgo plate through my review mirror and let’s not forget he tried to overtake me on double white lines and put my family and the car coming in the other direction family at risk but apparently that’s ok it was my fault because after he endangered our life’s I slowed right down pitiful driver pitiful response from the company don’t trust them with your belongings because it’s only a matter of time before this idiot wrecks his truck with your furniture inside

Teach your drivers how to follow road rules. He was putting innocent people's lives at risk We were driving to blue mountains and this driver was probably driving from sydney to Bathurst. Erratic driving. Had couple of near misses. Overspeeding at times and tailgating. We felt so unsafe driving next to this truck. M56200 was the no plate of the truck. Hoping that some actions are taken.

We used Dawson to move from Narromine to storage and from storage to Lithgow. Simon in the office was fantastic. They fitted us in when we were desperate over the new year period. The team that came to pack up in over 30 degree heat and the unload guys in the cold rain were brilliant, can’t fault. Heaps of care taken with our belongings and they were extremely helpful. We can’t thank Dawsons enough for such a top notch service. 10/10 guys, we will definitely use again for our next move. Thanks !!
