Office Relocation Solutions Pty Ltd

Office Relocation Solutions Pty Ltd is a commercial relocation company with more than 20 years of experience. It is a member of the Australian Furniture Removals Association (AFRA) and won the AFRA Fleet of the Year award in 2017. The company operates its own fleet of vehicles and specialist equipment, including trucks fitted with hydraulic tail lifts and Air Ride Suspension for relocating fragile and sensitive items such as computers, artwork and artifacts. It also uses electric stair climbing trollies that can lift up to 500kg and hydraulic furniture movers that are 1800kg equipment movers.

Office Relocation Solutions works with business sectors including offices, hospitals and laboratories, warehouses and factories, schools and education facilities, libraries and museums, shop fit out, medical research centres, and hotels and resorts. It provides relocation management, technology services, packing, storage, asset management, and staged deliveries, using a dedicated Move Manager who monitors the project from start to finish and the Office Relocation Management 'Toolkit', a step-by-step methodology for delivering relocation projects. Environmentally friendly 70 litre crates with hinged lids are supplied as standard. The company operates in Perth and Brisbane.

Reliability across office relocations, whether small or substantial in scope, is the theme that surfaces most consistently in feedback for Office Relocation Solutions. Reviewers describe quoted prices as fair and fixed, with the figure agreed in advance holding firm, while communication is repeatedly mentioned as clear from the first enquiry through to delivery. Andrew and his team are named for their professionalism and the care shown when handling equipment and office contents, with punctual arrival and polite conduct throughout the job noted as standard.

A detail many reviews return to is that the crew operates as specialists dedicated to commercial moves rather than general home removalists taking on the occasional business job. Clients recall being kept informed both before and after the relocation, and the delivery crew is described as friendly while making sure equipment reached its destination without damage. The service appears suited to businesses of differing sizes, since customers note that no task was considered too minor or too extensive to complete. The consensus centres on a smooth, well-organised transition supported by fair pricing and steady communication. Andrew and the team's manner with clients is frequently referenced.
