Crusader Removals

Do not store your things with this company!!!! My furniture was in storage for 3 months and unfortunately several items were damaged including an irreplaceable table which they apparently took to fix and have not returned. All of my things smelt of chemicals or rat bait or something toxic and made my whole new house smell. Hopefully we don't all get sick, I have had nor response to my calls, emails and texts about it. Communication was painful, several calls, emails and texts were not answered initially and no accountability has been taken for the disgraceful state of my items. They work in partnership with South West Removals who added nearly $900 to my bill 6 weeks after the move and insisted I pay it before I could get my things back. An all round horrible experience... They have tried to debit my account again 2 weeks after delivery....and are non responsive to emails and calls. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Stay away. I was unable to collect belongings from the Perth Depot. Be warned, Nathan is extremely rude and left me stranded waiting to collect as we had agreed. I confirmed directly to collect belongings 11am - 1pm. I spoke with Nathan via telephone and he told me to meet him at the depot and either call or text him directly upon arrival. I did this, as per his instructions, also texting Nathan when leaving, 2 hours in advance of arriving to remind him of my scheduled collection. I rented a trailer and my friends had also travelled to Perth to assist me. I am out of pocket time and money trying to collect. Only once I had already arrived at the depot, Nathan called me at 12.30pm to let me know that he had instead taken a trip down south for the weekend and was no longer intending to meet me to collect today. I tried calling him back and he simply hung up on me.

Cannot recommend this guys enough. Top blokes very professional. Did a big move started at 8am dismantled all my furniture beds lounges etc. put everything back together and in place in new house. Not a mark on anything and could not be more helpful. Really took the stress out of moving. Dropped off moving boxes 2 weeks before the move. Finished at 730pm. Nothing was a problem. Down to the washing machine and dryer in place and all working. Honestly if you want the best it’s these guys 👍

I was recommended to Crusader Removals by my daughter who had a prompt snd successful move to Adelaide from Perth. My experience with them was brilliant! It wasn’t a straight forward removal as I had to get it picked up from storage in Perth then had to sit in SA and the collected snd o forwarded to Mildura and the whole thing was seamless!! Hayden was amazing and guided me along the way. Coordination between the parties was amazing snd they went out of their way to accommodate us a day earlier than booked which freed us up to continue on in our insane silly Christmas season stuff we had to do! Thanks Shaun guys you were all brilliant! Going interstate give them a call!! You won’t be disappointed ☺️🥰

Rocking up right in time - Corey and Tai were so polite, helpful and easy going. They worked tirelessly, nothing was a bother and the tool extreme care of everything meticulously covering our furniture and other delicate items. They were both engaging, showing a genuine interest in where we were going and why. Locked, loaded and right on their quoted quantity of 22 cubic metres. Extremely well priced beating the opposition by several thousand dollars. So I can’t rate them highly enough 6 ⭐️’s if I could. Hopefully the guys at the other side are as good. Thanks guys you deserve a pay rise 🙏

Hi, Marilyn O’Connell here : I just wanted to say a big thank you to Crusader Removals of Malaga Western Australia. Nathan, Hayden and the two removal men were very efficient, kind and so helpful. They said that they would be at my place in Shenton Park WA at 12 noon on a certain date and true to their word they were there right on the dot of noon. They handled my piano with the utmost care ( which I might add is very precious to me. It has been in my family since I was four years old and am 80 now. Very worried about it being transported across Australia to Redcliffe in Queensland to my daughter Julie, along with three other items). Yesterday my daughter received a phone call from Crusader in Queensland to say that the delivery would take place today between 8am and 9am. Of course, at 8.15 am the piano and other items had arrived safe and sound. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Very impressed . Thank you so much 😊🙏🦋 Piano placed carefully in my daughter’s living room 👏👏 Best Removalist that I have used. If looking for a Removalist, I thoroughly recommend Crusader 😊 Also I spoke to Jane from Crusader Queensland this morning and she also was very kind and helpful. Thank you Jane 😊
