It specialises in urgent moving services, furniture transport, and small removals in Toowoomba. Move Ute normally works alone to minimise cost, but can arrange a second person if the customer is unable to assist.

It works weekends and can help outside of 9-5 hours. Move Ute travels outside Toowoomba and has a network of other drivers to reach more locations. It offers home, office, furniture, apartment and unit removal, rubbish removal, and piano and pool table moves. Move Ute has Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance covering potential damage or total loss to items. It requires all fridges and freezers to be emptied and wiped clean throughout before moving. Move Ute offers both set quotes and hourly rates.

The product on offer is a ute and trailer paired with one or two movers, and this arrangement is described as suiting house moves, furniture removals, storage unit clearances and awkward loads such as ceiling panels, which were collected, installed and then cleaned up thoroughly. Peter is the name that appears throughout, and his punctuality, often arriving early, and his reliability are recurring themes.

Communication is another constant, with customers recalling updates before and after each job and his habit of proposing fixes when difficulties arise, including a missed item picked up the following day without fuss. Pricing is repeatedly called fair, sensible and cost-effective for the work involved. Speed is noted as well, and fragile goods are said to have arrived promptly and intact. Tidiness, practical know-how and a friendly, helpful manner come up often, and the service extends to parcel delivery and odd jobs beyond straightforward moving.

Flexibility when plans shift or extra tasks appear is mentioned across furniture removal, storage moves and smaller deliveries, with belongings handled carefully. Several reviewers in Toowoomba describe the process as less stressful as a result, and Peter is credited with finishing each task properly and bringing a positive, hard-working attitude that stays with customers afterwards.
