Lost my booking, then booked the wrong date after confirmation call and was then 2 hours late on the day. Family heirloom delicate furniture scratched and not cared for during transport with comments like ‘oh well, guess that was heavier than expected.’ This is after we had moved the furniture interstate twice under immaculate care. Don’t waste your time or money if you have anything valuable or make sure it’s very securely packed before they come.
