Lo-Cost Removals is a removalist service operating from Vains St in Golden Square, Bendigo, with weekday and weekend opening hours. Customer feedback focuses on the booking and quoting stage rather than the removal work itself. One account describes the person who answered the phone as rude, while another refers to additional charges that had not been made clear, prompting that customer to go elsewhere.

Both comments concern the initial contact and the transparency of costs. Neither names a staff member, and neither identifies a specific type of removal, equipment or method. No specialist service such as piano moving or storage appears in the feedback. The two accounts recorded relate to general moving enquiries and the way the company handled early communication with prospective customers.
