Stress free experience. Strong communication and very straightforward onboarding process. Pick up in Canberra was on time and incident free. Storage of our removal was a convenient offering. We were able to schedule our delivery in Moss Vale when requested and the delivery was undertaken with professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend.
These guys were excellent! Gave me a straight up quote for moving our items, no extra for this and extra for that garbage that most removalists give you. The guys that came to do the job were fantastic, they ripped in and got it done as soon as they good. Everything went as smooth as you could hope for. Highly recommend
Our entire experience from first call to a wave good bye on completion was excellent. From our initial contact with Fran, then an in house review, estimate/quote, followed by a phone review with Andrew, Leaders service was above and beyond. Guidance on packing, which cartons to use and how to pack, excellent communication before during and after uplift is very worthy of 5 stars. We would not hesitate to recommend Leader for your move. We had a great experience with Leader Removals & Storage! They were incredibly responsive and accommodating in the lead-up to the move, and the day itself went seamlessly. We would absolutely choose them again!
Job executed well. Team is helpful, professional, quick responsive and clear. Frances wilson managed well from start to end. Andrew delivery man was so good. Highly recommended this guys.
I’m so impressed with the service from the Leader team. Great and prompt communication with them prior move to organize everything and answer my queries. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, polite, and incredibly careful with all my belongings. They packed the truck neatly, protected all the fragile items, and kept me updated throughout the move. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and far less stressful than I expected. Even though it was a rainy day the team gave their 100%! Fantastic value and genuinely great people to deal with. Highly recommended.
Best removalists I’ve ever had! So professional, efficient, fantastic communication, and put so much care into our moving process. Cannot recommend them enough. Big thank you!
