I have been using Chess/Greater Nothern Removals for all my moves from Cairns - Perth and reverse. I have to mention the great jobs firstly by Chris Davidson on quoting and both teams on my uplift and delivery, all done in a very professional way. Nothing damaged throughout. Excellent work. By far the best removalists we have ever used. Mick and Jurra took the greatest care with our items and were quick and very easy to communicate with and had a great attitude towards the tasks at hand. These two blokes saved our backs and are a huge credit to which is a great removal company.

I used this company for my move from Far North Queensland to Hobart, Tasmania and couldn’t have chosen a better company. Moving from a home of 40 years across four states is very stressful but Chess made it all work like clockwork from the time they picked up to the time my belongings were delivered at my new place. I had to change the date once and my second date wasn’t locked in until the last minute. Nothing was too much of a problem. They also organised storage in Hobart and insurance. I was kept in the loop at all times as to what was going on. I don’t think I could have done it without their expertise and professionalism - plus I was dealing with real people with real-life skills.

What a great experience we had with Great Northern Removals.The whole procedure from dropping off some boxes for my clothes with a hanger in it too.Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital .Adam and his assistant got into the job of packing with my family.Then they unpacked at the next address.The whole time being efficient and pleasant. Everything was great and I was happy with cost and efficiency. I would certainly recommend this company.

A team of 3 men arrived on time, for a fast pick up of my furniture. The stairs to the 2nd floor were no problem. Furniture arrived on time at new home after a week in storage. Don't hesitate to use this company.. They were wonderful! E.S.

Sorry, very slow to post, but used Greater Northern Removals at the start of the year and they were awesome. Kelly was super responsive and helpful on the phone in the lead up, everything happened exactly as discussed, had Trevor and Kaiki on the day who were very professional and efficient. Everything rocked up in great condition, no notes. Thank you heaps!!!

Positive experience with Chess. Susan who arranged quote and booking was excellent and very professional. Simon and Michael attended to do the moving - they were very competent, safe, handled my belongings with care and made a challenging task more enjoyable with their humour and banter. Great work guys.
