Dylan and Wayne from the Cairns depot delivered my furniture. They were very friendly, accommodating and brought everything in with care. Thanks you guys for your effort!
Matt and Dylan were very friendly young men and took exceptional care of our belonging. We definitely would use “Grace”again after the expertise these men showed. Jessica was such a wonderful help leading up to the pickup. Kim & Chris
From the initial inhome consultation with Jess right through to uplift day with Jai & Matt, the service was top notch. Very professional in their approach and attention to detail. Every team member I met was very friendly and I could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. Overall, a pleasure to deal with. Would gladly recommend Grace to my family and friends.
Dylan,Keenan and Jimmy thank you ! Professional, caring and ethical …. This is the first time I can say that delivery was a good experience and it was. I would not leave my items in anyone else’s hands! Loving is stressful but we laughed a lot! You boys made my moving experience exceptional and your standard in customer service is more than one could hope for. I defiantly will use these boys in the future what a great team! Thank you boys!
I recently moved from Perth to Cairns with Grace Removals and I honestly couldn’t fault them. From uplift to offload, every person we dealt with was professional, genuinely nice, and really helpful. They took the time to explain what wa happening, handled everything with care, and made a long distance move feel far less stressful than I expected. If required, I would absolutely use Grace removals again and I’d recommend them without hesitation. Thank you GM
Everyone involved with my move was great, from Jess & Malcolm in the office to Anselm & Eroni who picked up and managed the loading of the boxes on the day of collection. I'm very happy with the service I received from them.
Dylan and Nironi delivered and unloaded our furniture with no problem. Worked professionally. Highly recommended. They are a great asset of Grace removalist.
