Gordy's Furniture Removals

Gordy and his team moved us from the Central West to the South Coast this week. Loading day was raining and minus temperatures… unload day was 20°. Nothing fazed these guys. They were amazing. We have no problem recommending Gordy and the guys to anyone. They were on time and took care of all of our belongings. Thanks Team Gordy. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!

Gordy moved us to Batemans Bay and it was absolutely flawless. He went above and beyond to get us there, through all the stress of relocating. His friendly, kind nature and sense of humour made the two days bearable. He ensured he had the best team assisting him and, although his semi was packed to the rafters, all was delivered with smiles. He supplied us with moving boxes and brought them to our house in the pouring rain. We would highly recommend Gordy if you after a quality service with a fantastic team.

I couldn’t recommend Gordy and his team more highly. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, and took great care with all of our belongings. They worked efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful day feel smooth and manageable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where we wanted it. Thank you for making moving day so much easier. I would happily use them again and highly recommend their services.

Well, my review isn't going to be as kind as some others. My first time for hubby and I using a removalist and I hope no one else experiences what we had to endure. Gordy whinged the whole time whilst packing the truck and again at the delivery end. Critised our packing wasn't correct, that furniture was dirty, arrived in a truck that was larger than what was originally coming and hubby then had to remodel the driveway to get the truck in. Wanted to be paid in cash in FULL and PRIOR to the job being completed. When I objected to this, Gordy refused to communicate with me only my hubby. Items got damaged then to top it off at the delivery end one of the workers told me they were told by Gordy no furniture to go upstairs and that they don't do that. I would NEVER recommend using this company again.

The boys were great. Very punctual. Very easy going and were able to get a 3Bed2bath moved in under4hrs. Reasonably priced for the work they did. Very appreciative.

We recently used Gordy and his team to move our 4-bedroom home from Orange to Brisbane, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. They had such a great attitude, were professional and easy to work with, and took incredible care of all our furniture. Everything arrived safely and was handled with care, which made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and well organised. We’re so grateful for their hard work and would absolutely recommend Gordy to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and professional removalists.

Gordy and Malcolm are amazing. Quick, efficient and very helpful. Fun chat with these blokes especially when the ordeal of moving to a new place feels daunting. Excuse the pun but they help lighten the weight!
