These guys saved my bacon. I was due to move overseas and unfortunately left my passport in the scanner of my printer that Dawson moved into storage. They were closed over the weekend but the third party moving agent got in contact with them and first thing on Monday morning, they had already fished my passport out of the boxes and was waiting right there for me. Can't thank these guys and their professionalism enough!

A distressing and disappointing experience, despite a later apology. I hired this removalist service based on a quote that clearly outlined the items to be moved. On the day, the team refused to take several of the quoted items without proper explanation, causing major disruption to my move. Communication was poor, and the morning team was rude and aggressive — it made an already stressful day much worse. To the company’s credit, they sent out a different team to unload my goods and that team was professional and polite. One of the managers did later offer an apology on behalf of the morning team and reimbursed a small financial compensation, but the damage had already been done. The experience was deeply upsetting, and I would not feel confident recommending this company to others.

I had a good experience with pick up and delivery. But once a box was missing and all the paperwork was complete, my experience turned sour. I called them 4 times over a 2 month period requesting support. They told me each time they would call me back. They never did. Zero support post move especially when something goes wrong. ADDIT: After a lot of proactivity on my part they eventually called me back and said they found the missing box 5 months later. They then delivered it free of charge. At the time they were very apologetic and sincere. I have raised the review to 4 stars because of how sincere the team was at recognising the mistake. They could have gotten away scott free but did the right thing (at their expense). Thank you.

Superb move by the team - professional, quick and great communication. They were thorough and had a full 2 bed house packed up in half a day, giving us plenty of time to clean and vacate on a rushed schedule. Goods were delivered on our hastened timeline with Christmas bearing down on us, and they did so with no fuss. Both the pack up team and unload team were friendly and their experience showed with their suggestions and recommendations for a quick pack up into a quick unload. The best removal I’ve had out of 7 over the last 20 years. Good job!
