Amazing that no glitches occurred and all my furniture arrived safe and sound. I would highly recommend and if I return back to Australia I will certainly re book. Great job all.

I highly recommend Conroys Darwin, the ops manager was a pleasure to deal with and provided great communication, Jacob and Terrence who was helping take pride in their work placing furniture carefully and being cautious of doorways and walls - a big tick - very well mannered and good people skills which is far from what I have experienced in the past. I’ve moved house lots & used other Removalists. Whybirds while lovely people, I would not recommend using them. They arrived 2 hours late, scratched & damaged multiple items of new-condition furniture & left black grubby hand prints all over everything. I know it’s hot in Darwin but that’s why you start early & carry a towel to dry/clean your hands. Furniture was moved in a shipping container on a tray truck, not a proper removal truck with anchor points or sufficient wrapping to stop furniture moving & getting damaged enroute. I’ve now got thousands of dollars worth of furniture damaged & worthless including some irreplaceable. I would’ve been better off moving myself! I’ve emailed multiple times & responded to your text but instead you’ve responded via Google reviews. You emailed the invoice 2 weeks after the uplift and ignored my emails advising I wasn’t happy and to contact me. I’d described the damage your team had done to my belongings & offered photos. I’ve never seen your photos but would love to - the condition report that your team noted existing wear & tear was on 8 items of older furniture. The damage was done to what was newer furniture with the exception of the lounge suite that appears to have been dragged along the floor of your shipping container and we’ve spent months pulling hundreds of tiny wood splinters out of it with tweezers!

Our furniture and boxes were professionally packed into containers by the moving company. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process. I highly recommend their services. Additionally, their prices were the most competitive among all the quotes I received.

Very reliable. I urgently required a removal company and Whybirds was able to get my move booked in the very next day of my call. The 3 site team members that attended were very friendly, and were very careful of my belongings. Highly recommend.

Liam, Adrian & Eddie assisted with our down lift after moving interstate. We found the team to be efficient and friendly. Communication before move in day and on the day of was very good. Some items were damaged due to the packing of them (different company in QLD). Liam was honest and pointed out any discrepancies so we could make note of them to follow up with the previous company. We would highly recommend this team and would engage with them in the future if we had the need.
