I felt Grace Removals offered a fair value service from Darwin to NSW south coast and all staff encounters were polite and efficient. All of our goods arrived safely.

Grace moved our furniture from South East Qld to Darwin, the teams at both ends were fantastic to deal with, polite, careful and conscientious. Highly recommend Grace and their frontline people.

It was a disaster. We won't use Grace again. The entire process was horrible. One highpoint was the team in Broome. They were truly excellent. Issues: 1. Quoted wrong price as loaded wrong destination 2. Forgot to quote vehicle 3. Was told to drive plants to Depot, after 3 hour (each way) drive, was informed plants are not allowed in WA. 4. PIck-up took items from the neighbour and then stated they did not. (Found and returned following day) 5. Missed high end brand new lazer projector and left in torrential rain overnight 6. Vehicle arrived in Broome but we were not informed while it sat in the depot for a month! 7. Due date arrived with no communication despite many email enquiries. Finally called through to find they had not left Darwin. 8. Items arrived very late and half were missing. Boxes were broken with damage to some items. Have issues warranty claim, waiting to hear. 9. Missing items were found to still be sitting in Darwin 10. Final items arrived in January, due early December. No follow up (With the exception of Broome Manager, she was great) No discount. No apology

Grace movers staff damaged my very expensive chair and table and did not reinburse me the correct amount. Not recommending their services at all.

Very friendly staff, easy hassle free booking, professional packers - you cannot ask for anything more. No matter how many times I used Grace removals, they always exited the expectations. 10/10 +1 from me ❤️

I cannot fault Grace, its staff and contractors, in our experience in moving from Darwin to rural Victoria. From the moment I walked through the door, Narelle Tribble at Grace Darwin, made me feel confident and secure in my choice to use Grace. Narelle and Grace and the lovely and highly professional Nepalese team (contractors I believe) who did the uplift, and likewise at the Victorian end, were a credit to Grace. The flexibility and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude was very much appreciated at a time of huge and traumatic upheaval for us. There were virtually no breakages or damage. We will always sing Grace's praises. In a world where old fashioned values and high standards are hard to find, Grace shines. We thank you most sincerely for making our transition as painless as it could possibly have been. We are more than happy to recommend Grace to anyone who is looking for professionalism, value for money, flexibility, care and ease in dealing with your people at all levels.
