The team was very professional, communication was quick and clear throughout the process, and everything was handled with care. While the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the quality of service made up for it. I would definitely recommend them for long-distance moves.
The guys who delivered and unpacked my stuff were fantastic. Several items were not packed well by the Melbourne team and need repair. But I cannot fault the team at this end in Perth. They arrived on time and worked so well. Very polite and helpful with everything. Obrigado to them! They unpacked and were done so quickly.
A very professional organisation. Courteous helpful and friendly staff. The Australian end of our transfer of goods was drama free and Tania and her family team who delivered to the house were awesome. A real 5 star service overall and highly recommended.
We recently used Allied to move from ACT to WA. They managed all of our belongings and coordinated transport and boarding for our elderly cat. We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Allied and highly recommend their service for anyone considering an interstate move. Nothing missing or damaged and arrived on time as promised. Great customer service and all the staff we interacted with were helpful and professional. We have had subpar experiences with other movers in the past so I can confidently say that out of the 3 services we've used for intestate moves, Allied are by far the best.
Sergio and the team were amazing!! Worked together so efficiently and seamlessly taking such good care of walls, doors and furniture! It was a tricky driveway and 1st floor apartment which they handled with ease. A very happy customer 😁
We could not fault the service provided by Allied (REf:5048366). The first call was with a very friendly and knowledgeable team that provided a pickup date that aligned with our timelines. Our timelines were very strict as we were sorting a deceased estate and needed to leave on a certain day and time. The quote was very reasonable. Upon accepting the quote, I was provided with a contact, Maribeth, our Management consultant. Maribeth was aware of our timelines and ensured pickup was on time. All the teams involved were professional. We would most defiantly recommend Allied service and are looking forward to our goods being delivered safely.
