We contacted the Toowoomba branch to handle our move to NSW, and they received full payment for this service. Goods were loaded in a container on the Monday and railed to Newcastle to be delivered on Friday. It was handed over to the Newcastle branch. The driver collected the container Friday and went to the wrong address, 2.5 hours away. Could not make the trip to us and were told delivery will be on Monday. We have not planned for this and had to find a place to stay for the weekend. No apologies, correspondence or compensation from the Toowoomba branch.

Packers and movers were thorough, professional and accommodating. Friendly and excellent service.

We recently hired Allied Moving Services to do a big move and from the onset talking to Kirsten to having Paul Beerman coming over to give us a quote - everything was promptly done given the tight schedule we were on. The Moving Team boys were not mucking around - they came to work and work they did. The moment they put their radio on - they worked like machines! We have experienced breakages and carelessness with removalists - Allied's tagline is The Careful Movers - usually businesses don't live up to their tagline but Allied Movers are what they say they are.
